Bear and the Bird explores loss, loneliness, and survival during a cold snowy winter. During my senior year at SCAD, I directed a crew of over 30 artists to create this short film. Using a variety of techniques, miniatures, 2D, and 3D animation, my aim was to create a tactile world for this emotional story to unfold . I animated 23 of the 49 total shots in the film and constructed all of the miniature sets.
